I lead a small team of engineers to develop and maintain internal platforms to automate the wider team's daily tasks. I created an application to review and approve/deny exceptions to security rules where a team that has had 'security scans' fail can request the failure to be treated as an exception to continue their development process. This spanws a series of internal communication to ensure accountability.

I created a series of lambda functions to automate the rotation of AWS keys in the tooling, so when a key reaches the expiration date it is automatically updated in tools like Ansible/Jenkins so there is no interruption to the developer's pipelines. Migrated from Ansible tower to the new Automation Platform through the creation of scripts to automate the data migration and users onboarding, ensuring the same standards are applied to every migrated team. Helped and trained teams (and team members) familiarise with the new tool. As a lead, my objective is always to make sure I transer as much knowledge as possible to the other team members

During my consulting, I have automated the deployment of Redhat Ansible Tower and the implementation of the RBAC models to segregate access between teams and environments. I started the foundation to the standards around the use of Ansible and Ansible roles. I have ran multiple tarining sessions with teams on the Ansible best practices and helped them start their automation journey
